Key Responsibilities

•Support the technical relationship with customers across pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and support.
•Assist with the implementation and delivery of strategic cross-functional projects with guidance from senior team members.
•Help identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to building internal tooling and processes to address them.
•Collect and organize product feedback, help identify gaps, and support the writing of product requirement documents.
•Learn to manage roadmap expectations with our engineering team and customers.
