Key Responsibilities

  • •Research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for proposal applicability and program processes documentation.
  • •Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for nonconformances (NCRs), ensuring containment and permanent corrective actions.
  • •Perform line stock checks and data analytics to identify trends, support manufacturing/test readiness, and analyze nonconformance trends and effectiveness.
  • •Develop quality metrics and contribute to design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Provide material review dispositions for nonconformances and compile performance reports/statistical data to achieve specified process capability levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, data science, physics, or chemistry.
  • •Experience with AS9100 or ISO9000 and/or similar Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • •1+ year of experience working in quality.
  • •1+ year of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
  • •Ability to satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
