  • •Place breast skin-side up one layer at a time, ensuring pieces are not stacked.
  • •Prevent the breast pieces from getting stuck/atored in the machine.
  • •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • •Operate within the production process for deboning using the skinner removedora de cuero machine.
