Lead product strategy for the Pod-Agents AI platform in healthcare, defining vision, roadmap, and specs in collaboration with engineering and clinical operations. Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to GA, balancing regulatory needs with AI enhancements to reduce administrative burden for care managers and improve patient outcomes. You’ll write decision documents, navigate ambiguity in greenfield work, and collaborate across clinicians, product, and executives.
