Oversee day-to-day histology lab operations and the Signatera team responsible for cutting, staining, and preparing tissue samples for pathologist review. Supervise, train, and mentor lab personnel, ensure tests are performed accurately and results are delivered on time, and monitor daily workflow and staffing across shifts. Maintain quality control and assurance records, troubleshoot production errors, ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA/CAP and applicable state/federal rules), and perform bench work as needed.
