Key Responsibilities

  • •Hit daily and weekly build targets for NEO while owning the metrics (throughput, yield, first-pass quality, and on-time completion).
  • •Build, lead, and develop a production team, ensuring training, accountability, engagement, retention, cross-training coverage, and performance against plan.
  • •Drive defect rates and rework down via root-cause problem solving, process control, and feedback loops with Quality and Engineering.
  • •Own floor safety with zero preventable incidents and full compliance with safety protocols, fostering early issue-raising.
  • •Lead at least one measurable process improvement per quarter to improve cycle time, ergonomics, quality, or cost.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years directly supervising production or manufacturing teams in a hands-on, on-floor capacity.
  • •Demonstrated track record hitting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
