Job Summary

Own cybersecurity risk monitoring and governance for products, projects, and services during early capture, bid, and development phases. Define and drive the cybersecurity technical policy and roadmap within TAS-I, report bid-related risks and compliance KPIs, and maintain a cybersecurity maturity dashboard. Lead remediation escalation, audits and checks, and technical reviews for bids and projects while advising engineering, purchasing, legal, and contracts on security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement the cybersecurity technical policy and roadmap within the scope of responsibility.
•Monitor and report TAS-I cybersecurity risks and KPIs related to bids and cybersecurity compliance on a regular basis.
•Maintain and validate the TAS-I cybersecurity maturity dashboard, including cybersecurity fundamentals compliance levels and bid-related KPIs.
•Escalate major deviations, assist with remediation action plans, and initiate/support audits and checks to ensure compliance with organizational, regional, national rules and Thales Group policy.
•Evaluate and approve cybersecurity organizations, strategies, and cyber quotations in bids and solutions, including determining whether a pentest is needed; support purchasing supplier cybersecurity maturity and participate in key technical reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 48,785.46 - 61,244.4 annually

Key Requirements

•Engineer or Master’s Degree education with at least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT/OT security, risk, and crisis management.
•Confirmed relevant experience in the Defence and Aerospace industry within domains such as Navigation, Telecommunication, Earth Observation, or Space Exploration.
•Expertise in IT/OT and Internet of Things (IoT) architecture fundamentals and cybersecurity risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO 27005, EBIOS Risk Manager).
•Knowledge of ISMS (ISO/IEC 2700x series), security accreditation processes, cryptography, and security audits, vulnerability management, and penetration testing across hardware, infrastructure, and software.
•Ability to lead in a matrix organization and provide leadership and communication to manage teams and drive compliance and delivery outcomes.
