Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and ensure technology works as designed, including testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware components.
  • •Clean audiovisual equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans).
  • •Document job site activities and provide client training on AV technology as needed.
  • •Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems and assist with support tasks, including meeting support, installing non-complex AV components, and video/audio recording support where applicable.
