Key Responsibilities

  • •Support onboarding of new global suppliers by completing due diligence and governance processes accurately and efficiently.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact for procurement-related queries, providing a responsive and high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and administer procurement contracts, including signature management, renewals, archiving, and procurement system updates.
  • •Coordinate category planning activities by supporting procurement projects, supplier initiatives, and annual planning processes.
  • •Assist sourcing activities with analysis and insights, and produce spend analysis, reporting, and compliance tracking to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in procurement, buying, customer service, or a related operational environment.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • •Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •A proactive problem-solver focused on improving processes and ways of working.
  • •Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP Ariba, Adobe Sign, or DocuSign is beneficial.
