Key Requirements

  • •Have owned large, impactful backend projects end-to-end, from technical design through production, with accountability for reliability, availability, and security.
  • •Strong backend fundamentals and primary language proficiency (mainly Java/Spring Boot), plus a solid grasp of distributed-systems concepts like asynchronous communication and event streaming.
  • •Write well-tested, high-quality code and design systems with a long-term view for scalability and iteration.
  • •Mentor and coach engineers; give and receive feedback openly to build a collaborative, inclusive team.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one of Kafka, stream processing, or high-throughput low-latency services.
