Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, with the store manager, the daily distribution and review of sales actions and variables to achieve budgeted store goals.
  • •Review, with the store manager, customer profile analysis, buying trends, and competitor information to impact and guide the business.
  • •Coordinate, together with the store manager and operations area, training programs for the team to contribute to a customer service culture.
  • •Recruit, train, develop, and support people in the store, including succession planning, in support of the store manager.
  • •Maintain compliance with store processes and policies (opening/closing, sales management, inventory/warehouse, among others) aligned to PUMA objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of prior experience in similar roles (at least 1 year as ASM).
