Key Responsibilities

•Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types, including enterprise migrations and architecture modernization efforts, system challenge resolution, disaster recovery protection, proofs of concept, and upgrades.
•Apply working knowledge of databases, storage, authentication methods, and networking concepts to support ArcGIS Enterprise deployments.
•Lead customers and colleagues using repeatable system engineering methods to achieve successful outcomes in ArcGIS Enterprise and enterprise IT systems.
•Collaborate with Professional Services staff to resolve complex technical challenges and support growth of less-experienced colleagues.
•Travel up to 25% and effectively communicate technical concepts to customers, executives, and both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems
•Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise
•Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in server-based systems
•Demonstrated ability to consistently apply a systematic, best-practice-driven approach to system engineering
•Ability to travel up to 25%
