Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end implementation from kick-off through go-live and successful handover.
  • •Build and maintain the implementation plan with clearly defined and actively managed milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • •Establish the project governance framework (RACI, meeting cadence, communication channels, escalation paths).
  • •Lead client kick-off meetings and act as the primary project management contact throughout implementation.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders and multiple workstreams/countries, manage RAID logs and governance/status reporting, and escalate when timelines or readiness are at risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project management experience in payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or other complex client-facing environments.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end customer implementations or transformation projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project governance, including RAID management, RACI frameworks, dependencies, milestones, and escalation.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, often across countries and time zones.
  • •Experience with project management/CRM tools such as ClickUp, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
