Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Product Owner, architects, senior developers, and the Scrum Team to define and implement solution requirements for the Enterprise Resource Management product in on-prem and AWS cloud environments.
  • •Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimating, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • •Ensure code is code-reviewed, unit tested, documented, and delivered to agreed quality standards; participate in code review to meet coding standards.
  • •Troubleshoot and debug customer-reported and internal issues, then identify and implement solutions for optimal functionality.
  • •Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, contribute innovative technical solutions, and help move the product toward a cloud-native solution.

  • •8 to 12 years of hands-on software development experience with strong coding and design skills; one language must be C#.
