Key Responsibilities

•Leading the Tissue Viability Service by developing and promoting high-quality, evidence-based wound care practices for both inpatients and outpatients.
•Assessing patients with compromised skin integrity and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
•Providing expert advice and guidance on the management of complex wounds and advanced wound therapies.
•Supporting the development and implementation of new procedures, techniques, protocols and policies relating to tissue viability services.
•Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, regulatory and best practice standards relevant to tissue viability.
