Lead MEP construction management for high-rise and hospitality projects in New York, coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes, design reviews, and field coordination. Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope, deliverables, and execution strategy for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in alignment with overall project goals.
•Schedule and run design reviews, manage interdisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, civil), and close design issues and RFIs.
•Participate with BIM coordination and clash detection for MEP systems; ensure models and shop drawings reflect current design and field conditions.
•Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.
•Oversee construction management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Requirements

•BS Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of MEP construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.
•6 years of in construction, specifically in the field of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping).
•Experience from a large General Contractor.
•Knowledge of construction project management, including software (CMIC).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
