Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead innovation and analytics initiatives across multiple regions by turning unclear business problems into well-defined projects with clear success measures.
  • •Create analytical solutions that are reusable and scalable, and drive adoption of those solutions across markets.
  • •Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans that improve financial outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end analytical project delivery, including project design, data collection, database design, analysis, and communication of results to senior leaders.
  • •Implement data management and governance to improve data quality, control, and consistency; ensure compliance with policies and internal controls and close audit actions with documented evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of relevant experience in analytics or innovation roles, with exposure to banking operations or financial services.
  • •Strong programming capability in at least two of: Structured Query Language, Python, Statistical Analysis System, R, or Java.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and large-scale data environments (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Hadoop-based ecosystems).
  • •Experience managing the full lifecycle of analytical models (development, deployment, monitoring, recalibration) and/or delivering executive reporting and dashboards.
  • •Ability to communicate complex analytical topics clearly with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
