Key Responsibilities

•Process meat products for consumers using hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and other equipment.
•Maintain a safe and efficient production line while contributing to a positive work environment.
•Ensure products reach families across America by meeting safety, quality, and teamwork standards each day.
•Work your scheduled 3rd shift and be available for overtime when production demands require it.
•Perform duties in physically demanding environments, including cold/warm areas, wet/humid conditions, and noisy spaces while wearing appropriate PPE.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
•Perform continuous/repetitive tasks requiring grasping and arm movement.
•Be able to work on concrete/platforms for shifts up to 12 hours and complete physically demanding work (including lifting up to 30 lbs overhead and up to 60 lbs single-lift in some cases, or using mechanical assistance).
•Be willing and able to work around animal blood/carcass parts and in cold/warm, wet/humid, and noisy environments while using required PPE and handling sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
