Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure efficient execution of European visual merchandising direction and North Europe gameplan in the assigned store(s) to support sales and profit targets.
  • •Own ground-floor campaign planning and execution, including layout decisions, windows, mannequins, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming, and price communication.
  • •Create and maintain shop-in-shop category presentations and manage ordering, correct positioning, and use of in-store communication tools.
  • •Provide documented VM feedback and commercial insights to VM leadership, including VM compliance reporting and space vs. sales analysis.
  • •Maintain VM standards through equipment control and proper storage/handling of fixtures, mannequins, props, and graphic frames.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education or equivalent professional experience
  • •1 year dedicated visual merchandising experience
