Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release), including selected financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
  • •Perform technical accounting research and prepare position memos for complex or non-routine accounting matters.
  • •Coordinate quarterly flux analysis and manual tie-out procedures with the accounting team.
  • •Develop expertise in SEC external reporting functionality across systems including Coupa, SAP, Blackline, and Workiva.
  • •Maintain and enhance SOX-compliant internal controls and accounting policies, and coordinate with auditors and internal partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required.
  • •4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of Big 4 (or similar) audit experience with SEC-registered clients.
  • •Experience auditing and/or working within ERP and finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Coupa.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.
