Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory for consumables, chemicals, and samples, ensuring accurate inventory control and on/off-site movements.
  • •Supervise slow-moving and dead inventory by conducting cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and reporting.
  • •Perform purchasing functions including back-order reporting, order entry and expediting, direct factory shipments, quotes, document control, and records maintenance.
  • •Coordinate shipping, including routine issue handling, using basic warehouse equipment, entering shipping information into customer systems, and conducting equipment inspections.
  • •Handle hazardous materials and prepare shipping documentation and packaging requirements; capture and analyze data to improve inventory accuracy and investigate quality events.

Key Requirements
