Account Manager within Edenred’s Strategy & Partnerships team responsible for nurturing and expanding the partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Actively scout the market to uncover and affiliate potential partners, leveraging industry knowledge to position Edenred solutions as pivotal to their success
•Manage the relationship with existing merchants while identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
•Act as a link between the merchants team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication to pursue new partnership opportunities
•Utilize relationship-building skills to maintain and enhance engagements with existing partners
•Efficiently manage inquiries and requests through our ticketing platform, prioritizing and solving problems to ensure partner satisfaction

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a similar field
•Minimum 2-3 years experience in B2B sales in tech, delivery, financial, banking, or telecom services
