  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Hire, train, retain, counsel, and educate team members on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before production start-up and that machinery/workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily, oversee processing operations, solve issues with other supervisors, and provide continuous quality education.
