  • •Work with and support the Women’s Apparel Design Team on seasonal product design and creative vision.
  • •Create and execute seasonal design concepts and deliverables for performance and performance-inspired apparel across Snow/Climb/Trail and lifestyle territories.
  • •Support seasonal research, tool updates, prototyping/concepting, and tech-pack creation.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners and provide/receive constructive feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in performance and lifestyle apparel design, preferably focused on women’s apparel.
  • •Preferred knowledge of both outerwear and sportswear design and product construction.
  • •Working knowledge of apparel product development processes (design, development, sourcing, manufacturing).
  • •Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, with strong tech-pack creation skills.
