Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and steer the operationalization of IAM requirements, including further development of IAM rulebooks and analysis of requirements.
  • •Ensure IAM processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, and continuously adapt and optimize processes with stakeholders.
  • •Advise and enable IAM actors on requirements, responsibilities, and processes, including promoting stakeholder networking.
  • •Take on IAM Organizational Management responsibilities.
  • •Prepare for and support internal and external audits, and contribute to challenging IAM projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business/economics or business informatics with very good/good results, or several years of practical experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • •At least 3+ years of relevant experience in IAM, governance, and revision/audit contexts.
  • •Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including DORA and §8a IT-SiG, plus best practices and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • •Experience assessing compliance risks and translating requirements into operational processes.
  • •Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with evidence from own project/task results.
