Key Responsibilities

•Lead pricing and legal negotiations for medium-to-large technical renewals and RFPs, balancing cost, quality, and risk.
•Operate as primary controller of ENG/IT procurement agreement books and manage the full lifecycle of POs and contracts in Coupa and Ironclad.
•Partner on select extra-large enterprise agreements, aligning cross-functional stakeholders for high-impact deals.
•Resolve complex blockers across AP, Legal, and vendors while ensuring commitments are captured and tracked to closure.
•Identify inefficiencies in technical procurement workflows and implement automation or process improvements; use Coupa data to generate sourcing hypotheses.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management experience in a high-growth technology environment.
•Independently lead pricing and legal negotiations for medium-to-large software, hardware, and technical service agreements.
•Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle using orchestration/enterprise systems such as Zip, Omnea, Coupa (P2P), and Ironclad (CLM) or similar tools.
•Strong technical sourcing expertise, including Engineering and IT spend categories.
•Communicate clearly and resolve ambiguity by analyzing root causes and developing well-reasoned solutions, including basic understanding of vendor risk mitigation and privacy standards like CCPA and/or GDPR.
