Job Summary

Oversee and manage the Service Assurance function for a Production Support team, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance of critical banking systems. Own incident response, prioritization, resolution coordination, and governance, while driving root cause analysis, problem management, and corrective actions. Ensure SLA adherence, escalation protocols, and reporting on incidents and KPIs. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, SMEs, and QA, and mentor support resources for shift planning and knowledge transition.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the production support function for the Service Assurance team.
•Oversee incident response, prioritization, and resolution coordination.
•Drive root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and corrective action plans.
•Ensure adherence to SLAs, escalation protocols, and governance standards.
•Implement monitoring and reporting for system health, performance metrics, integrations, and incident/KPI dashboards, and mentor shift planning and knowledge transition.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in Production Support/Service Assurance (preferably AA/Lending modules) with experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
•Strong technical background with knowledge of COB and Integration Framework (TIF), plus expertise in production support, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
•Strong background in banking applications; Transact experience preferable.
•Proven experience in L2/L3 support, SLA management, and critical incident handling with knowledge of ITIL practices and change/problem management.
