Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive analytics behind device and authentication risk to identify where and how consumer risk appears.
  • •Shape the strategy for consumer security risk metrics by deciding what to measure and translating it into shared dashboards.
  • •Define and evolve a consumer product risk portfolio to quantify and prioritize risk inventory across the organization.
  • •Influence leadership-level risk narrative for quarterly and monthly risk reviews and cost-of-fraud reporting.
  • •Build and maintain analytics pipelines and metrics, partnering with other security teams to reduce one-off tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Domain expertise in consumer product security (e.g., fraud, account security, abuse/trust & safety, authentication, or privacy).
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals with well written, tested, maintainable code, and scalable data modeling and pipelines.
  • •Expertise in analytics using SQL, Presto, Spark SQL, and Python to translate raw data into clear narratives.
  • •Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques, including AI/LLM-based tools for faster analysis and reporting.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity by building data models, portfolios, or dashboards from 0-to-1 and iterating cross-functionally.
