Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention (per standard).
  • •Adhere to service standards including 24-hour turnaround for written communications and target 2% call abandon rate.
  • •Implement AI tools to align with department service standards.
  • •Multi-task daily workload and complete ad hoc assignments while following up on cases.
  • •Develop extensive product knowledge to provide timely, accurate information to clients.
