•Develop, manage, and administer all staff and projects carried out by those directly reporting to this position.
•Manage and perform consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget, learning and applying AECOM’s project management systems and software; complete in-house Project Management Certification within the first year.
•Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level staff.
•Perform client visits and field activities that require work outside the office and overnight travel.
•Coordinate, manage, and direct project field and data collection efforts.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Natural resources, Wetlands management, or an earth science-related field + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•8+ years of experience managing projects and teams to scope, schedule, and budget
•Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review
•Master’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
•10+ years industry experience with energy/private sector clients providing environmental assessment and permitting compliance support, including FERC requirements (preferred)
