Job Summary

Join NVIDIA's Board Level Reliability lab to perform functional validation and advanced failure analysis on GPU/Tegra products. Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Set up functional test hardware and software for NVIDIA products in a board-level reliability lab and perform functional validation on GPU/Tegra products.
•Develop and maintain scripts for automated test programs.
•Set up and operate probing systems to perform electrical functional tests.
•Perform mechanical and electrical testing along with Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to identify failure mechanisms.
•Conduct advanced failure analysis using CSAM (C-Scan Acoustic Microscopy) and X-ray imaging to detect internal defects, delamination, voids, and structural issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 101,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with minimum 5 year semiconductor FA experience
•Strong understanding of electronics reliability concepts and failure mechanisms
•Hands-on experience with failure analysis techniques including PFA, CSAM, and X-ray inspection
•Familiarity with electronic testing, reliability validation, and root cause analysis methodologies
•Comfortable working with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, CentOS)
