Job Summary

Join the Global Centre of Excellence in Mumbai as a hands-on data partner for Procurement and Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS). Own dashboards, analytics, reporting frameworks, and data quality—driving data strategy and governance, procurement insights, and REWS transformation reporting. Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives, collaborate globally with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Data, and continuously improve automation and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support global data and reporting strategy across Procurement and REWS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.
•Define and maintain data validation processes and drive improvements in data quality at source through stakeholder collaboration.
•Develop and maintain procurement dashboards for spend analysis, category/supplier performance, savings tracking, and contract/sourcing activity; perform deep-dive trend and anomaly analysis.
•Track and report on REWS transformation initiatives (cost savings, space optimization, portfolio footprint, and project completion) and provide portfolio/performance reporting for senior leadership.
•Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards; translate data into executive-ready visualizations and continuously improve reporting automation and self-service.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
•Prior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or Transformation functions is strongly preferred.
•Proven experience working with global stakeholders and large, complex datasets.
•Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard design, data modelling, storytelling) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
•Understanding of procurement data and financial concepts (GLs, cost centres, budgets), with exposure to real estate or portfolio metrics a plus.
