Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist pipe fitters and welders during piping fabrication, installation, and erection activities.
  • •Handle, shift, load, and unload pipes, fittings, valves, and other piping materials.
  • •Assist with pipe alignment, fit-up, preparation, and installation as instructed by the Foreman.
  • •Perform basic tasks such as cleaning, grinding, cutting assistance, deburring, and material preparation.
  • •Support pre-commissioning activities (e.g., hydrotesting and flushing) and help with housekeeping and safe access.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience as a Piping Helper on Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC projects.
  • •Basic education or vocational training preferred.
  • •Basic knowledge of mechanical/piping work is an advantage.
  • •Previous experience supporting pipe fitters and welders is preferred.
  • •Ability to follow instructions from the Piping Foreman and support assigned tasks.
