Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Drive personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling and upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory receiving and replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
