Job Summary

Drive high-impact deployments of a data intelligence platform for regulated, complex industries. You’ll diagnose data and AI governance gaps, advise stakeholders on governance frameworks, and lead discovery sessions, product demos, and adoption workshops. Own end-to-end implementation and services engagements, define KPIs/value measures, and deliver executive business reviews that link governance outcomes to measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose data and AI governance gaps in regulated, high-complexity industries and translate them into platform-backed solutions.
•Advise on industry-specific governance frameworks (e.g., model risk management, data lineage requirements, regulatory reporting) in relation to the platform.
•Lead discovery sessions and run product demonstrations and adoption workshops tailored to enterprise stakeholders.
•Own end-to-end delivery of implementations and services engagements from kickoff through defined business outcomes.
•Define KPIs/value measures and run enablement/adoption activities so governance practices are embedded into customer workflows.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,312 - 184,021 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in a lead role delivering projects with measurable business outcomes for complex data management needs.
•Experience delivering services for a software company, understanding product implementation and customer success dynamics.
•Extensive data management experience focused on data governance, data quality, master data management, and/or reference data tied to business capabilities.
•Demonstrated expertise in at least one target industry: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Hospitality and Travel, including its governance/regulatory landscape.
•Working understanding of data governance and AI governance concepts and metadata management, with hands-on configuration/build experience as a plus.
