Key Responsibilities

  • •Create technical documentation across install/configuration/troubleshooting guides, how-tos, user manuals, man pages, and related prompts.
  • •Collaborate with the PostgreSQL team and Product Documentation team, working with Engineering Manager, Product Manager, developers, and QA to deliver accurate docs.
  • •Use text, markdown, images, and diagrams to serve audiences with different experience levels.
  • •Leverage AI tooling to draft, polish, format, and refine documentation efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a technical writer with high-quality, precise documentation for complex systems.

  • •Docs-as-code experience and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, git, Markdown, HTML, and/or JavaScript (recommended).
