Citizens Teller

Provide an in-branch customer experience by greeting customers, handling simple transactions, and demonstrating how to use Citizens’ mobile app and ATMs. Deliver personalized guidance using product and benefit knowledge, address questions and concerns, and connect customers with bankers for next steps. Follow all cash-handling, state/local laws, and financial policies while working branch hours that may include evenings and weekends.
