Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead medium-to-large strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and business outcomes are met.
  • •Develop execution plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance mechanisms; provide project updates and decision recommendations to leadership.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to identify planning pain points and process gaps, driving improvements that enhance planning effectiveness and reduce manual work.
  • •Collaborate with users and digital solution teams to translate business requirements into system capabilities and support adoption of frontend planning platforms.
  • •Lead and develop a small team of engineers or program resources by coaching execution, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, planning, operations, supply chain, business transformation, or program management.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing a team.
  • •Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and adoption.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, capacity planning, factory operations, or planning systems.
