Key Responsibilities

  • •Place front halves onto the cones of the moving conveyor by retrieving them from the hopper.
  • •Perform shoulder cutting and separate shoulder joints and preliminary cuts in the shoulder area.
  • •Pull breast meat away from the carcass and separate wing portions as required.
  • •Cut whole wings into three pieces using forward motions into the saw and organize cut pieces into tubs.
  • •Align wings on the saw, remove lift/right wing, cut off excessive meat, and meet production quotas.
