Key Responsibilities

  • •Own channel marketing strategy and execution across Starlink’s retail partners (in-store, online marketplaces, retailer websites, retail media networks, and events) to drive awareness through sell-through.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for multiple retail partners, negotiating co-marketing initiatives and in-kind/in-store placements to maximize visibility and impact.
  • •Plan and run co-marketing and retail media campaigns, including audience strategy, budget allocation, flighting, and creative testing while keeping branding and messaging consistent.
  • •Lead launch and always-on retail marketing for new products, kits, promotions, seasonal peaks, and retailer events, coordinating digital and in-store assets, training, and activation.
  • •Create and maintain retailer-ready assets and enablement, and co-own retail marketing budgets and measurement frameworks to run tests and scale insights into playbooks.

Key Requirements
