Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct operational staff, administer departmental policies, and evaluate performance to support readiness and compliance.

Salary: USD 84,468 - 143,912 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible operations, technical, or program management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • •Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical operations, preferably within Satellite Control Network (SCN), DoD space operations, or satellite operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed teams, site leadership, staffing, operational performance, and customer requirements.
  • •Must possess an active security clearance and access requirements necessary to support the assigned mission.
