Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure bays are clean and ready for Guests.
  • •Attend daily pre-shift and department meetings.
  • •Assist Bay Hosts in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed.
  • •Keep common areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
  • •Follow IT security awareness requirements and report information security breaches or incidents to the IT Service Desk as applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Greet every Guest immediately in a friendly, approachable manner and engage to ensure Guests are well cared for.
  • •Deliver food quickly so items remain hot, fresh, and appetizing while maintaining accurate service standards.
  • •Maintain a smart and professional appearance and adhere to company dress standards and personal hygiene.
  • •Follow health & safety procedures to prevent accidents or injury in the venue and ensure Guest safety during play.
  • •Observe rules of responsible alcohol service to protect Guests and the community.
