Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission, program, and set up graphics and communication links for assigned projects, including end-to-end testing and troubleshooting.
  • •Service and repair equipment and systems at customer locations while acting as the direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction.

  • •Coordinate with team leader and customer on on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts and synchronizing materials and work.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or completion certificate from an accredited technical school; typically 7+ years of HVAC/Controls experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension).
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls systems preferred.
  • •Maintain safety standards and security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets.
