Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement OpenBMC firmware for GPU server platforms, focused on Arm architecture.
  • •Bring up BMC firmware, perform performance analysis, and code manageability features for NVIDIA server platforms.
  • •Develop and review code and design documents; review QA test plans and work with the team to reach consensus on design and testability.
  • •Design solutions for errors, stats, and configuration across platform components for enterprise readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of experience.
  • •Domain expertise in BMC firmware development on X86 or ARM platforms (e.g., BMC-BIOS communication, thermal/power management, firmware update, device monitoring, firmware security).
  • •Board bring-up experience with device drivers (I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, SMBus, mailbox) and device trees for U-Boot and the Linux kernel.
  • •OOB or in-band system management experience with standards such as IPMI, KCS, DMTF (PLDM, MCTP, Redfish), plus strong REST/JSON over HTTPs familiarity and OAuth.
