Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain Trend Micro Vision One, Apex One, Deep Security, and TMEMS platforms.
  • •Monitor and respond to alerts, incidents, and threat intelligence from Trend Micro tools.
  • •Perform policy configuration, tuning, and updates across endpoint, server, and email security platforms.
  • •Conduct advanced incident investigation and threat hunting, including confirming true positives and executing containment/remediation actions.
  • •Tune alerts and detection rules, lead playbook execution/automation, and generate security reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience administering and maintaining Trend Micro Vision One, Apex One, Deep Security, and TMEMS in a SOC environment.
  • •Strong SOC operations knowledge including alert/incident monitoring, threat intelligence handling, and advanced incident investigation.
  • •Experience performing root cause analysis and threat hunting using Vision One XDR capabilities.
  • •Ability to tune endpoint, server, and email security policies and detection rules to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
  • •Competence in executing incident containment and remediation actions (e.g., block IPs, isolate endpoints, disable compromised accounts) and supporting incident recovery.
