Manage ticket operations for Live Nation-promoted events in third-party venues, serving as the primary operational lead and ticketing contact for assigned shows. Oversee end-to-end ticketing including event setup, inventory management, compliance, and event execution; coordinate with talent buyers, venue staff, tour reps, and internal teams. Monitor sales trends, support revenue optimization, maintain accurate box office accounting records, and lead ticketing coordinators and part-time staff.
