  • •Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects aligned to strategic priorities, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing execution.
  • •Develop high-level strategic plans and investigate/evaluate initiatives consistent with long-range goals.
  • •Manage and provide informal leadership for professional-level staff and complex technical project or business support/production teams, accountable for performance and results.
  • •Support senior management with long-term business strategy, provide consolidated status reports, and develop recommendations and next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of job-relevant experience.
  • •Ability to perform or guide strategic planning and project management, including planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting.
  • •Senior, lead-level, supervisory, or project/process management experience (preferred).
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues, analyze complex financial data, and recommend solutions.
  • •Written and verbal communication skills to present results of projects and research to senior corporate management.
