Job Summary

Work as an NSL Business Analyst, acting as the interface between client needs and technical delivery. You’ll lead non-complex requirements gathering, process analysis and improvement, and data analysis using Agile and Waterfall approaches. Facilitate client workshops, create and validate specifications/models and test cases, and support requirement definition, traceability, and change requests. You’ll also contribute to internal improvements, coaching junior staff, and bid/business development efforts.

•Investigate customer operational needs and recommend process improvements for new or changed processes.
•Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources and decompose high-level information into actionable detail.
•Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to identify issues, opportunities, and explore business problems.
•Design and support implementation of process improvements, including business/functional modelling and process testing.
•Develop requirements and specifications/models for non-complex IT systems or software, including testing support and specification/model development.

•Elicit and document detailed requirements, provide constructive challenge, and review requirements for errors and omissions.
•Hold or be eligible for required Security Clearance and be willing to complete the clearance process.
