Job Summary

A high-visibility program lead inside Marketing, owning and elevating Socure’s Executive Bridge. You will drive strategy, planning, and execution of executive communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product, and ensure polished deliverables and successful executive/customer events.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Socure’s Executive Bridge program.
•Partner closely with executive stakeholders to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure strong follow-through across initiatives.
•Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to support executive engagement efforts.
•Prepare high-quality executive communications, briefing materials, meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and program updates.
•Ensure all executive-facing deliverables are polished, accurate, timely, and aligned to leadership priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree required;
•2+ years of experience in program management, executive operations, executive communications, strategic planning, event planning, or related function;
•Proven experience working with executive teams or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment;

•Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
