Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product roadmap, backlog, release priorities, and lifecycle.
  • •Lead transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and HR Help Desk.
  • •Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases, and changes to ensure operational stability for critical HR processes.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions, including functional specifications, testing strategies, and deployment plans, and oversee HCM integrations.
  • •Maintain HCM controls and compliance standards, manage relationships with Oracle Support and implementation partners, and drive workshops, UAT, training, and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • •Proven experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Oracle HCM applications across multiple modules.
  • •Experience managing HCM integrations and working with HR stakeholders, Oracle Support, and implementation partners.
  • •Previous experience as an HCM Product Owner or Product Manager is highly desirable.
  • •Preferred: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification (one or more HCM modules) and/or Oracle EBS HRMS certification or relevant Oracle EBS HCM experience.
